All prices in our e-shop include VAT. The prices stated in the e-shop are valid at the moment of ordering.
The customer must state the full valid address and other contact details - e-mail, telephone - when ordering. By confirming the order, the customer undertakes to collect the selected goods and to pay the corresponding amount.
Delivery time
The ordered goods will be delivered as soon as possible by post or other carrier according to their availability and operational possibilities of the supplier, usually within 5 working days from the binding confirmation of the order. Goods are deemed delivered by delivery to the address specified by the customer in the order.

Way of transportation
The transport to the specified address is provided by the supplier throughout the Czech Republic. The cost of transporting goods varies according to the chosen mode of transport, distance and size of the shipment. The specific method of delivery is chosen by the customer. The customer can choose from the following shipping methods:
Czech Post - Package Into the parcel

"Package to parcel" is the most affordable solution for the delivery of your goods ordered in the e-shop.
You can pick up your parcel at more than 400 specialized parcel delivery points throughout the Czech Republic. Service with faster check-in and credit card payment. The package will be delivered to your branch office where you will be handled as a matter of priority. You will receive information about saving your shipment at the post office by SMS / e-mail - avizo. The recipient can simply extend mail storage time from the standard 7 to 15 days, via a link that will be available in the notice of the approaching end of storage time.

Way of transportation
Czech Post guarantees delivery throughout the Czech Republic the next working day after the shipment.
We will send the shipment to your selected post office and you can pick it up in peace. Shipments are usually kept at the post office for 7 days, if you wish to extend the date of deposit, please contact your post office. You will receive electronic mail / e-mail information about the storage of your shipment at the post office.

The consignment will be delivered to you by the Czech Post as a "Parcel In Hand". The Czech Post will inform you by SMS and e-mail about the delivery date. The shipment is usually delivered within the whole territory of the Czech Republic within 1-2 working days of the shipment.

Order processing
In the standard course of order processing, communication between the seller and the buyer takes place via e-mails. The seller sends the following emails:

The buyer does not have to respond to any emails during the standard execution process.

Goods are shipped to the customer in an intact package, which is adapted to the nature of the goods and prevents its damage. The consignment is accompanied by a delivery note and an invoice fulfilling the function of a claim and tax document.

Customer's right of withdrawal
The customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the supplier fails to meet the agreed delivery conditions.
Supplier's right of withdrawal
The supplier is entitled to withdraw from the contract only until the goods are dispatched, and only in the case of unavailability of the goods. However, prior to withdrawal, the supplier is always obliged to contact the customer to agree on further action.
Procedure in case of withdrawal
Given that in the event of withdrawal, the contract is canceled from the outset, the supplier returns or replaces the customer and the customer all the received services.
The customer may withdraw from the contract by notifying the supplier electronically to the e-mail address When withdrawing it is necessary to state the order number and date of purchase and submit the original proof of purchase.
If the customer has already received and received the goods, he will send the goods back to the supplier's premises, where the supplier will assess the condition of the returned goods without undue delay. Goods sent back to the supplier must be intact, undamaged, complete (including accessories and all documents provided, including proof of purchase).
In the event that the goods are returned to the supplier in a condition other than intact, the customer is obliged to compensate in particular the costs related to the restoration of the goods and the damage to the goods. Payment of these costs and damages shall be effected by the fact that the purchase price, which is returned by the supplier in the event of withdrawal, is reduced accordingly by such costs and damages.
If the customer fulfills all the above conditions for withdrawal from the contract, the supplier will refund the already paid purchase price or part thereof, no later than 30 days after returning the goods. The supplier returns the funds to the buyer's account after signing the credit note.
Warranty and Complaints
Warranty for goods purchased in the online store is governed by applicable law. The standard warranty period is 24 months, the warranty covers all defects limiting the possibility of proper use of the goods. However, the warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear.
