Protection of personal data

Customer information is stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll. as amended by later amendments and regulations. KOVAP Náchod, s.r.o uses all data obtained from customers exclusively for the internal use of the company and does not provide them to third parties. Without the explicit consent of customers, KOVAP Náchod, s.r.o.handles their personal data only and exclusively to the extent permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act, in particular in § 5 para. b) and Section 5 (6).
