You can easily submit a warranty claim or return your goods online using Retino. Simply choose one of the options below, and the system will guide you through the entire process step by step.

Warranty Claim

If you have received a defective product, click the "Claim warranty" button. After entering your order details, the system will guide you through the claim submission process and provide further instructions. We will keep you informed about the status of your claim throughout the process.

Return Goods

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement and return your goods within 14 days of receiving them, click the "Return order" button. The system will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending the goods back.
